If any Member of Parliament wants us to create a police station, first the security personnel within that particular constituency have to agree amongst themselves. I am talking about the District Criminal Investigation Officer (DCIO), the District Commissioner (DC) and so on. They will then recommend to us that there is need to create a police station in a particular area. You will agree with me that if you go to Isiolo, Turkana, Pokot and many other places, you will see that we have created quite a number of police posts to help curb cattle rustling."}
