Member is referring to says “any appointed state officer shall not hold office in a political party”. I have given him the interpretation of the Attorney-General. If he wants another legal opinion, he can seek it and he can also seek a court interpretation but as far as we are concerned in Government, we will go by the legal opinion of the Attorney-General who is our advisor. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am not aware that some people are rushing to dispose off assets of the counties ahead of the formation of county governments. That will be a criminal act and appropriate legal action should be taken against those people."}
