I think the Committee should seriously have a relook at that Act. As I speak, there is a very big lacuna . The TVETs play a key role and we are investing a lot of money as a country in establishing TVET institutions all over. However, the critical aspect of management and teaching is still left in abeyance as a result of the confusion that was caused by this Act. So, I suppose the Committee will take up this matter and address it conclusively."}
