So, we need a clear policy that prioritises ways to address all stalled projects. Finally, when I look at the Big Four Agenda, I feel that there is a sector that has not been well represented in the BPS - the agriculture sector. We are talking of many challenges. We know that there have been delays in payment of farmers and in the supply of fertiliser. This has been a discouraging experience. What is the Executive likely to do to ensure that similar situations are not seen in the future, so that we can talk of a country with stable food security? What about the challenges that come with importation of fish? What about the challenges that come from stalled or non-functional coffee factories and the collapsing tea industry?
