C. Kilonzo has raised, we must take action. I have already instructed my Permanent Secretary to institute disciplinary action against those two officers in the Ministry who misled me. I have further instructed him to charge some of the NEMA officers immediately. I will also suspend Board Members of Naivasha Water Company and charge them in court."}
