You cannot just come here and flip your hands and say: “Yes, there is inequality and basically, it is like nothing can be done.” I think that is a very bad admission on the part of the Government itself. Could you give a fitting answer to that? How do you make sure that nobody is unfairly affected in the process since they are all doing the same national examinations together?"}
