Many amendments have gone to this law. Now it is called the NG-CDF. It is important as we move forward, to look for a framework for increasing it from 2.5 per cent. This is the time for an impact analysis to be done on how NG-CDF has transformed villages. For instance, when you come to my region, we have shortage of land and I am focusing on storey buildings.
