The people who have been nominated are capable of carrying out the work of the NG-CDF Board. I am particularly pleased because a former Member of this House is a nominee to this board. He can share with the other nominees the ideas he picked from this House on how the NG-CDF Board should work. A nominee like Mr. Robert Nyariki Momanyi Masese - I was told today he comes from the Rift Valley. I thought he came from Mombasa. He has been in the education field which is major sector under the NG- CDF in the country. I am sure he will assist. I am glad that Ms. Isabel Nyambura Waiyaki, the former Chairperson of the Kikuyu NG-CDF Board is a nominee. I am sure that Hon. Ichung’wah, the Chairperson of the Budget and Appropriations Committee will not reduce the budget of for NG-CDF. As you are aware, this year we should have had a budget for NG-CDF of Kshs42 billion but what they gave us was only Kshs33 billion. That means that Ichung’wah and"}
