Members for the work they have done, particularly in passing the Constitution during the referendum; they enabled the promulgation of the Constitution. We are now beginning a new chapter. We should all aim at making Kenya a united country. Civic education will continue. As we all know, some Members of Parliament had misgivings about the new Constitution, but we now have to put it in place; the Constitution is good for this country. It will end impunity, as we have already said."}
