I rise to support this Motion. First of all, I would like to thank all Kenyans for passing the Constitution. Passing the Constitution was the easier part, implementing it is the really difficult issue. But I am sure with God’s help, we will manage to implement everything. I also wish to thank the two principals for sorting out the problem of the Leader of Government Business. I also thank our Speaker for the time he acted as the Leader of Government Business. Finally, I would like to thank Rudisha for taking Kenya a notch higher in athletics and breaking the world record. This is another real Kenyan. With those few words, I beg to support."}
