I want to join my colleagues in congratulating the people of Kenya for delivering the Constitution after so many years of false starts. I support this Motion as a patriot and a Kenyan who loves this country deeply. Allow me also to congratulate the achievement of David Lekuta Rudisha for breaking the world record in 800 metres twice in a space of less than two weeks. This is not a small achievement and I am surprised that Kenyans seem to be taking it for granted. What Rudisha has done has actually brought back the glory to Kenya as his name suggests."}
