We won the by-election when Parliament was going on. After I joined, we went for the Referendum and so I have not had a chance to be with the people of South Mugirango. So this time, I will get more time to be with them and work with them, especially on the issue of allocating Constituencies Development Fund (CDF). We have some money and I am going to work with them and agree on the projects which we can do during the recess. But again, what I would also urge is that we, politicians, regardless of our party affiliations, it is a big opportunity for us to sit together and look at the new Constitution."}
