Omogeni, comes from; the students from Starehe Boys Centre as well as our colleagues from Laikipia County. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is always a pleasure for me to see students coming to Parliament to see what the future pertains for them. Having been a Minister for Education and realising the impetus and the desire that the young people have in ensuring that their future is secure, I hope that they will take the earliest opportunity to learn today how the Senate operates in the process of legislation; on other matters affecting the counties and the nation as a whole. I wish them a good stay this afternoon. Thank you."}
