They continue to breed inequality and to favour a very small group of elites who as a result, make decisions that appease the groups of fellow elites in order to capture and or maintain political power to the detriment of the common hapless masses who live on a day to day basis from hand to mouth, without having the benefit of reasoning on matters statecraft that would uplift them from the dungeons and vulgarities of abject poverty."}
