I want to begin by commending the Ministry for constructing the roads in this country. But I think it is good to point out the rights and the wrongs. I want to say very proudly that after about 15 years, I am now able to drive from Nairobi to Kisumu and get to my home safely. I want to commend the Ministry for that!"}
