As I withdraw the proposed amendment to Section 19(v), I am still at a loss for not being able to convince Hon. T.J. and some other Members when I said that there is active and ongoing discussion between the Ministry and the stakeholders. Among others, we are dealing with regulations that touch on these amendments. I am still wondering why we are in a hurry to consider all these amendments while we can wait a little longer so that we can have comprehensive amendments to this section."}
