I went to some of the areas where warehouses have been established. I also had a chance and privilege to go to South Africa and witness the system working. Therefore, I congratulate the Departmental Committee on Agriculture for bringing this system to this country. I can assure the nation that this is going to work very well for our farmers. With those few remarks, I support the mediation report that we had with the Senate. As explained by the Vice-Chair, it was very cordial. We agreed on virtually all the issues that were raised by the Senate and this House."}
