But I realised in the 10th Parliament, again just the same way we mishandled and stereotyped Members of Parliament we also babysat the lawyers too much. In fact, I think we gave too much space for lawyers. If you look at the pieces of legislation that we passed at that time - that the positions that we created, even in other commissions and bodies where other professions were required - you will find a professional in that profession and a lawyer. Lawyers were put everywhere. So, Hon. Anthony Oluoch wants to still perpetuate this bad habit that we developed in the 10th Parliament. We should reject it. In fact, I was telling him not on record but informally in Dholuo that we have refused. This one cannot happen. Thank you. I oppose."}
