I would like to highlight some of the action plans that will help in managing menstrual health such as- (i) Review of existing standards and guidelines for WASH facilities in public places, work places, correctional facilities and healthcare facilities to integrate MHM; (ii) undertake MHM as a right-based intervention for all, with emphasis on hard to reach areas, humanitarian situations and Persons with Disabilities (PWDs); (iii) ensure access to clear and correct information and knowledge on available for options for managing menstruation; The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
