If one person was to pick the statistics I have here that show that there are Kenyans who are taking advantage of girls, who are considered mentally unfit or have issues, we would have a case for violation of the rights of Kenyans by the Government of the Republic of Kenya. The people who are in Mathari Mental Hospital have not been thrown away; they are Kenyans. They may not speak for themselves, but they are Kenyans and must be treated as such."}
