I hope that through this Bill, we can correct that situation. I have spoken about rehabilitation too. Let us fight this stigma that is holding tightly to us. This is not a normal thing. This is something that we need to worry about. Madam Temporary Speaker, I summarize by saying that the national curriculum in our training of Medical Training Colleges (MTCs) all the way to universities should include mental health as a course or a unit so that everybody is aware of that. Leaders must also be brought to understand issues of mental health. I support this Bill. I also ask my colleagues to support it so that we can go ahead and have a proper mechanism for treating those who are mentally ill."}
