Yesterday, when this matter came up before this House, I approached the Chair and said quite categorically that it is in bad faith for anybody to prosecute a case of Kisii County when I am already representing the people of Kisii County in this House. The Speaker assured me yesterday that this matter will be sorted out. Therefore, I am not alarmed when I see Sen. Poghisio raising this point of order, because I think we must follow certain decorum on how we want to relate to one another in this House. A ruling from the Speaker’s Desk would be a very important ruling on how these petitions must be prosecuted for the future.
