This Ministry is composed of two very important departments; the department of the Provincial Administration and that of the Internal Security, which has regular and Administration Police (AP). The cardinal responsibility of any Government is security of its citizens. So, if the Ministry with that mandate is under- funded then it becomes very difficult for it to fulfil its mandate."}
