This has caused many road accidents. We have people who have been maimed as a result of the carelessness that Hon. Sankok has talked about, even though he has talked about efforts not to increase the number of people with disabilities. That is a good message but we know that disability is not just caused by road accidents. There are also diseases and other factors that bring that into play."}
