Members where we came up with very clear resolutions. We all agreed with the resolutions so, I want to assure Hon. Members that they will be implemented as agreed and there are no short-cuts to this. We are aware of that matter as the Budget and Appropriations Committee. So, I want to assure you as a Member of that Committee that we will implement your resolutions as passed during the Kamukunji ."}
