Actually, this proposal is not destroying brokerage firms. In fact, there is a provision in law that makes sure that they are paid their commissions. In the event an underwriter does not pay them the commission, there is a penalty for that. So, the President has looked at all those provisions in law and what he has recommended is for the good of the people of Kenya."}
