Millie on the election of the vice-chair. The best practice is that when you meet for the first meeting, you elect a vice-chair who remains for the term of the Board or part of the term of the Board, but not electing a vice-chair in every meeting. So, I support the amendment that the vice-chair is elected either in the first or in the second meeting but in a specific time other than it being done in every meeting. That will be tedious and not a good practice. On the issue of gender, that is if the chair is a man or woman, it is also good. Where the chairperson is a woman, a man becomes a vice-chair. That is good for the country as we move forward."}
