Because they have now established the tribunal which has a person of the level of a Judge of the High of Kenya, it is okay. I really do not insist on Part (a), but the other parts really do make sense. I urge the Members to support the others so that we do not have arbitrary measures to dismiss the CEO. I am willing to drop the first part."}
