First of all, I agree with most of the speakers who have spoken before me. I will go further and say that I oppose this Committee’s Report. In fact, the Members can observe from Chapter 5 thereof that I have been personally involved and opposed to this transaction. Just to be a bit polite, I will say that this Report is unsupportable at all. It is incoherent, disjointed and inconclusive. If this Parliament passes such a Report, I think we are trying to prove that this House does not take its work seriously.
