We have four general medical practitioners in the entire Migori County with 1.1 million people. We have only one specialist, a gynaecologist, and he has to be in touch with everybody. I assure you that in our county, we are very active, because we keep on giving birth to many children, and that is a blessing to us. We are yet to deal with things called family planning, because we still need many children."}
