I do not know about the statistics in Nairobi, but I have this impression that if Makueni is at 3,000 and Kilifi at 3,000 teenage pregnancies, it is possible that Nairobi has more. I would insist that the after-care of these child parents, assuming you are reporting, should be done better. I do not think it is inconsistent to insist in this Bill that we should have a desk where our children who have been defiled - even if it is at the risk of repeating the Sexual Offences Act - can be treated with dignity when they go to report."}
