The law should be applied not to protect the offenders. It should be applied to discourage teenage pregnancies. I propose that any person who gets pregnant below the age of 18 should be jailed for a term not exceeding three years. That way, we will discourage teenage pregnancy. If at all we are again making laws to encourage and say that she has a right to go back to school and be given care, we are not advancing this narrative well."}
