I want him to submit the HANSARD Report. If they met somewhere over a beer and decided that I become the Vice- Chair of that sub-committee, that was never communicated to me. I attended that meeting in Nairobi in a hotel where we transacted Bills from morning to evening as a Member and not as a Vice-Chair. That meeting was chaired by Hon. Waluke himself and not even Hon. Peter Kaluma."}
