I totally agree with Hon. Ndindi Nyoro, but at the same time, we need to be very careful. Sometimes you might end up becoming a victim, if fairness is not done properly. How I wish we will be here in our numbers when we will be making a decision to pass or not to pass this Bill. However, I agree that corruption is a vice that needs to be taken care of in this country."}
