Chairman, when you take the responsibility from a group of people and then you transfer the same to a single person, that person can abuse that position. I want it to remain the way it was. It was better. The Chairperson is proposing an amendment that will sneak in abuses. When a decision is made by a group of people, it is a better decision; it benefits from what we call “the diversity of opinion” because you come up with the best choice. So, I oppose this amendment."}
