Temporary Deputy Speaker, I am rightfully in order by saying that they are not serious in their work based on my observation of the work I have seen them doing. Constitutionally, I have a right to give an opinion. I am not casting aspersions on a Member without reason. I know that is what he is trying to bring out, but he is struggling. I am not casting aspersions. I am casting a vote of no confidence on their Report and not on them as individuals. I do not know what the Hon. Member does in his constituency. On that one, his own constituents will give him a vote of confidence when they elect him. But on this Report, they have done a poor job. I can say it boldly and confidently."}
