I assure my sister Mishi that as I go to that Committee meeting tomorrow, I will demand and speak on their behalf. If it means causing chaos there I will because this is so sad. I am just seeing a tweet that the CS has appointed Principal Secretary (PS) Esther Koimett to be in charge of the operation. She is a competent lady. This is too late. That is what should have been done on the very first day. I support the Motion."}
