That is the basis of quality education in this country. I would like to contradict my brother, Hon. Osotsi, who said that a fellow who scores a D is condemned in life. We have institutions like village polytechnics where you can get a certificate course if you scored a D in high school. You will go to teachers college to get a Diploma Certificate, progress to get a first degree, then a Master’s Degree and finally, a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD). When you get a D, it does not mean you are condemned."}
