In this country, you cannot say that there is a child who is stupid. Every child has a talent. Our exams have been used to condemn very bright people. An exam is a very interesting thing. It is like taking four animals, namely, an elephant, a monkey, a crocodile and a rabbit and tell them to climb a tree. The monkey will pass that exam. Add a fish and tell them to cross a river. Of course, the fish will win, but that does not mean that all the other animals are stupid. It is time this is reviewed."}
