As we understand in this country, we have a crisis of children who do not belong to any formal family ending up being institutionalised. The institutionalisation of children in this country should be seen as a contributing factor to some of the social ills we see today. A human being was made to belong to a family unit. A proper full complete and whole human being is supposed to be accorded love and worth of fellowship in a complete family."}
