(Ms.) Soipan Tuya): Well said, Hon. Barasa. Indeed, the Houses of Parliament should not be reduced to a talk shop. I see some Chairs. I know the Chair of the Committee on Implementation has been having a number of sessions with various agencies of the Executive. It is a very important Committee. I am sure Hon. Kisang knows the procedure under Standing Order No.209. Once this Report is prosecuted in the House, there is a duration within which the respective executive agency should take it up for implementation. I am sure the Chair of the Committee on Implementation, with the record we have here - and Hon. Kisang will pass this on - knows that this and many others should be taken up for implementation for the business of the House to be taken seriously."}
