It is now a very big component of what is taught in university and it is an area of law. Now, a lot of young lawyers are practising and dealing with it only. Trade backs come in and all that regime of practice where we have been doing it without a particular law, but just following certain principles or practises which were laid down many years ago when inventions began but never really transformed the creative arts. Therefore, I am happy to support this Motion. I urge Members to support it, so that Kenya can join the League of Nations which are protecting the intellectual property of their countrymen and women.
