It is nursery school stuff; it is like One, Two, and Three for a four-year-old. Therefore, I am confident by the fact that I believe that you did not append your signature to the Vellum of a document that was not passed by this Plenary. If that was passed, that would also be a violation of our decision as the Senate. Two, it would be a violation of very fundamental principles."}
