Even under the Geneva Conventions and in war situations, hospitals are never attacked unless it is a rogue army. It is actually a war crime. Hospitals, churches and mosques are never targets of attack even in war situations. To close a hospital in a situation in the country where even those that are functioning are not giving adequate service, is an outrage!"}
