As we have been told by many Members, climate change is here with us. I wish to send my condolences to the people of West Pokot. I did that previously, but I will do it again. These things happen everywhere, not just in West Pokot. Sometimes last year, there were landslides in Uganda. Landslides are very different from water moving around. A month ago, a girl who saw water coming in Wajir and decided to go and fetch water drowned. That was not a landslide, but land sometimes moves because of too much rain."}
