A stable economy is grown by the Government because the Government is the biggest spender. So, if the Government as a big spender is not paying suppliers, which economy will thrive? We should not blame the leadership. President Uhuru is a politician. The experts are at the national Treasury. Let us have responsible people at the national Treasury."}
