Ferdinand Waititu, read my tweets as part of his concluding observations. I do not want to deny because I did it but I did it after we had voted not to accept his evidence. From what he submitted, it appears as if I had already judged that the case is closed but that was not the case. It was about the admissibility of evidence. At the same time, I am also on record because it is not a matter of public conjecture that I have opposed Gov. Waititu because that is the truth. I do not agree with him in the manner in which he has been conducting himself as the Governor of Kiambu and I stand with the people of Kiambu. So, I cannot withdraw my opinion about that. However, that statement is not preemptive of the decision of this august House. In any case, we vote as a delegation and Sen. Wamatangi is here to vote. For me, that was a comment made out of a fact that we had voted but it was also a political statement."}
