If compliance with Section 33 which derives its authority from Article 181(2) of the Constitution creates a technicality in terms of procedure, then you are bound by it. You cannot change it. As I said, there is only one way in which you can change it when you are sitting as Parliament - through an amendment of legislation to provide for other timelines. We are really emphasizing that issue because it is at the core of these impeachment proceedings."}
