Speaker, the third issue is that we hope the state of minorities and special interest is not a permanent state and we need to have mechanisms in the Constitution to continuously review the listings and Article 100 of the Constitution of Kenya. As I mentioned here - and I want to repeat again - at times, the state of minority is really self-inflicted or is by design because the process of changing the status of minority is well documented in the Bible and it is also a biological process. With those few remarks, I support the Bill."}
