Such people include lawyers and consultants who speak for a few hours and make a lot of money. It is very easy to look at such a person and conclude that they have stolen money in the same way we looked at the young man who came to Uasin Gishu County from Nairobi driving a Prado and said that he is a consultant. We look at such individuals very suspiciously and wonder how they have made their riches."}
